Special Orders
All cash orders require a minimum 20% down payment. Unpaid balance is due upon receipt of material. Due to warehouse storage costs, orders not picked up within 30 days of order may be sold and deposit forfeited.
 

Returned Merchandise Policy
Stock items may be returned at Store Manager’s discretion if it is in its original condition, suitable for resale, and accompanied by an original sales receipt. Special orders and custom trim may not be returned. There is minimum 10% Restocking Charge on all returns.
  

Warranties
Warranties vary depending on manufacturer – typically from 15 - 30 years. All #1 Grade Metal Panels come with a 20 year warranty. Proper storage, handling, and installation procedures must be followed and failure to do so may void warranty. Consult the Store Manager for more specific details. We do not warranty reject or secondary panels.
 

Terms
We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover and personalized checks with proper identification. Checks in excess of certain amounts will be verified. Financing is available and Credit Account Applications are available from the Store Manager.
  

Count Discrepancies
Metal Outlet personnel make every effort to fill your order as accurately and as quickly as possible. We encourage every customer to double-check our counts to verify accuracy. Once a load leaves our yard, the sale is final and there are no adjustments.
